Steve was a young military solider who worked for General Julius Steel. He appears in Disenfranchised and in The Steel Foe, voiced by Jeff Bennett.
History
Steve was a young military solider who worked for General Steel. Because he was so young, Steel sent him to Sherman High to find out the secret behind Titan, as he thought that it would be easier for Steve to blend in and attract less attention to his spying because of his youth. Babyface is his nickname in the military. Later he is heard on the command deck of the The Hammer and is seen in the hammer's hanger's elevator talking to General Steel. He appears in Disenfranchised and in The Steel Foe, voiced by Jeff Bennett.
Personality
Steve is a well disciplined soldier that listens to his commanding officer. Besides his young looking nature Stevens seems out of touch with the youth, even thought he just got out of high school.

Julius Steel is Private Steven's commanding officer.
