Plot Summary

The three are going to school but they are late and Ilana is scared that they will miss school. A red import tuner with a white dragon on it goes by and Octus and Lance both comment on its coolness. They red car zips by them and shoots up the road with police cars following it in pursuit. Up ahead they see a fireball and the camera pans forward to see the police cars in a pile-up.
They finally reach school, but when they get there, Ilana runs to class, leaving Lance with her book bag. As Lance and Octus get their stuff, the same car comes by and they both watch as a boy named Mike Chan and his girlfriend step out of the car. The boy calls his friends over and shows them some new valves he installed commenting about the police not realizing it. Lance reaches over to touch them but the guy slams the hood down and glares at them.
After a brief argument, the bell rings and Octus and Lance leave. Meanwhile, Ilana bursts into class and starts babbling about why she is late. When she can't turn in her homework because she doesn't have her backpack, she gets an F for the day.
Later it shows Lance and Octus in the cafeteria with Octus eating popsicles and Lance using the sticks to make a car. Ilana comes up and sits down and moans, but then Mike comes up and laughs at them. Lance gets up to fight but Ilana intervenes. Ilana walks away and Octus tells Lance to not get upset and shows him a hologram of a car that he has gotten.
After that it shows Octus and Lance fixing the car and making it faster with Octus inserting a glowing orb into the engine. Afterwards Octus goes away to celebrate by eating popsicles while Lance gets inside the car. After looking around he drives out and starts to drive around. At a stoplight, Mike pulls up and offers to street race. Initially, Lance says no, but then decides to.
They drive to a prohibited construction site where Mike explains the rules. Mike's girlfriend gets out and holds up an hankerchief and when she drops it they both go. After driving around, Mike begins to flash his lights. Whenever he does this a friend comes out and gets in front of Lance.
Nearing the end, Lance is winning, but when one of Mike's friends gets in front of him, Mike wins. Lance gets out to confront him, but the cops show up capturing Lance.
At the holding cell, a detective yells at Lance but when Ilana comes, she states the rules and the detective must let him go, though the detective swears revenge on the White Dragon. Ilana tells Lance that if he wants to drive he has to get a valid driver's liscense. Lance passes the driver's test and then begins his test drive. Ilana and Octus get his car from the impound at the same time.
When the White Dragon gang come up on Lance while test driving, a meteor comes to earth. All run away, but Mike follows Lance. After escaping from a stick alien, Mike crashes his car in a hole. Lance meets Ilana on the highway which is deserted.
After the driving teacher tells him he passed she drives away leaving them to easily defeat the alien. The show ends with them laughing at Lance's picture on his drivers liscense.
