Galaluna Military Academy is a military school that Lance was sent to after the loss of his father.
The Actual Name of the military school is unknown, but it must have a high significance on Galaluna as The King, Princess and the Top General in attendance of the school's end-of-term award ceremony. With three of the top people of the planet attending a non-graduation ceremony, the planet's name appearing in the schools name seems appropriate.
We are shown Lance attending both Combat training and Combat Field testing, so it is presumed that its at least partially a military institution.
Based off the Comments of both Baron and the Academy Administrator it is likely a tough school to get accepted to.
